Your name, delivery address, phone number, email and order history. For age verification our delivery partner checks a photo ID at the door but does not retain a copy.
How we use it
Solely to process orders, verify legal drinking age, provide support, and send order updates. Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partners. Alcobiz never stores full card numbers, UPI PINs or CVV data.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with delivery partners and payment processors. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
